This 2-day workshop will take a deep-dive into helping physical therapist private practice owners dramatically increase their profits while gaining control of their time and how they spend it.

We will work on the foundational parts and processes to gain control of your operations, produce a stable & predictable profit, and get your business (and you) ready to move to the next level.

In addition, you will learn how to reach, identify, engage, and hire A-players who align with the values and behaviors that are important to you.

Define your company Vision using the 3 components of a Vision of Meaning, and bring it to life in your business. A good Vision is a tool you use, not a phrase on the wall.

12:00 – 1:00 – Lunch 

1:10 – 4:45 – Fundamental Components for Growing and Scaling Your Business

Learn and put in place the 5 Critical Processes to maintain a stable and profitable business. We will also be defining and establishing the importance of your Value Discipline, identifying your Target Customer, your Unique Value Proposition, and your Brand Promise.

4:45 – 5:00 – Day 1 Wrap Up and Q&A


9:00 – 12:00 – Recruiting & Hiring A-Players – All the processes A to Z

You will learn to find and select the best players with a reliable system from Job Posting to Onboarding. And you will have the tools for your team to implement to make sure you consistently find and bring on great players for years to come.

We will do a deep dive on this critical process to give you the tools to take back to your team to improve patient satisfaction, decrease cancels and no-shows, reduce your vacancy rate, and get more patients achieving their goals. 2:10 – 4:30 – Process, Metrics, Execution, and Management

Where the rubber meets the road! You will tie it all together to get outstanding execution around what is most important in your business.

Coach to the process, measure the right things the right way, and ensure consistent execution by supporting your team and making sure everyone is performing to their full potential.

4:30 – 5:00 – Full Wrap Up and Q&A
