Small Groups consist of up to 5 business owners.

Members are expected to participate in every Quarterly Learning Day, Monthly Small Group Meeting, and Monthly 1 on 1 Coaching Calls. See below for details.

Quarterly Learning Day

All members will participate in the Quarterly Learning Days together.

Objective: Create structure through implementing proven systems to free up more of the owner’s time and increase profitability.

—  Vision   – January 7, 2019, 8:30 am – 12:30 pm Pacific Time Zone
—  People  – April 8, 2019, 8:30 am – 12:30 pm Pacific Time Zone
—  Strategy –  July 8, 2019, 8:30 am – 12:30 pm Pacific Time Zone
—  Target Customer & Marketing –  October 15, 2019, 8:30 am – 12:30 pm Pacific Time Zone

Materials, such as templates for processes to customize and implement in your business are included with each Quarterly Learning Day.

Please Note: Purchase of the One Page Strategic Plan will be required for the Vision Learning Day, and will be used by each member then and beyond.

Facilitated Monthly Small Group Meeting

Objective: Make progress with implementing quarterly theme.

Monthly Small Group Meeting Schedule:
Fourth Friday of each month beginning September 28, 2018. 9 am – 12 noon Pacific Time Zone

—  Each person shares a structured report (template provided) and updates the group.
—  Wins are celebrated.
—  Challenges are identified.
—  Clarifying Q & A from group members with feedback from the facilitator.
—  Group members share experiences relevant to the identified challenges.

Monthly 1 on 1 Mentoring Meeting

Monthly 1 on 1 Meeting with facilitator/mentor — 45 minutes.
Schedule to be agreed upon by member and mentor.

Objective: Address current issues and obstacles getting in the way of implementation.

Agenda Items:
—  Problem solve challenges to increasing profit and free time.
—  Focus on current issues and implementation of Quarterly Theme processes.

All meetings and training are virtual and require a computer, an internet connection, and a web cam.


All courses currently offered and those created, like the Recruiting and Hiring Course, are included, as are all collateral materials, templates, forms, and more, for as long as the member is engaged in Small Group Mentoring.

Sturdy McKee will be leading all learning days, facilitating all group meetings, and will be your 1 on 1 mentor for all individual calls.
