Mentoring is a partnership. It goes beyond teaching and advising to engagement, caring, and personal and business growth. Who is this for? Businesses between $2M and $10M who want to take their Vision, Strategy, Execution, Money, and Teams to the next level.
1 on 1 Business Mentoring is for business owners, founders, and leadership teams. It’s 1 of me, but can be 1, 2, or 3 of you.
I use a proven framework to put structure in place to grow, manage, and scale your business. The pillars of this framework are Vision, Strategy, and Execution. Each of those pillars has components that we put in place in your business. My job is to coach you through that process, provide resources, challenge your assumptions, share best practices and experiences, provide useful tools and structure, and hold you accountable to continually move the ball forward to achieve your goals.
Many clients are not quite ready to dive directly into their Vision and Strategic work. Often they are reaching out for help to get control of their time, their money, or their staff, and sometimes all three. What we start on first depends greatly on your current state.
Among the first steps that have been most effective for past clients are:
- to put structure in place around time management in order to have time to work on the big picture and longer term strategy
- get a handle on cash flow and revenue to provide the financial security and space to work on the big picture and longer term strategy
- establish basic management systems to begin the path toward control and team alignment to provide the harmony to work on the big picture and longer term strategy
As you can see, there is a running theme here. Without creating the time, the financial space, and the breathing room to work on the big picture, also known as your Vision and Strategy, great Execution does not have a chance. And continual, effective Execution of a well conceived Strategy is the only thing that will get you to your Vision and to achieve your personal and business goals.
And if you are in the midst of a crisis? You are not alone. Every business owner and founder finds themselves in the midst of a crisis or emergency at various points in their business journey. It is often these crises that spur action, and cause people to finally reach out for help. During our conversation, we assess where you are, where you are going, and the best way to get you there. If the best way looks like it might be working with me, then we move forward to a 60 minute Starter Session where we start to really roll up our sleeves and do some deep Strategic work to begin to address your current challenges and goals. My goal is to not only assess fit, but to provide you real, tangible value that you can use in your business.
If at any step in the process, I think you would be better served through accessing other resources, I will tell you that. And I will provide you recommendations and referrals to the best people and resources I know of. This comes directly out of my 22 years of experience as a Physical Therapist. If what I have to offer is the best, most efficient way for you to realize your goals, I will tell you. If it is not, I will tell you, and refer you. I realize I cannot be all things to all people. It is supremely important to your growth and success that you access the best resources at the right time for you and your business.

Individual Business Coaching
After your the Vision Session, assuming we are a great fit and want to work together, we get our meetings set up and start you out with some more planning work. We follow the Vision Session with your Planning Session where we take all of the various things we have learned about you, your business, and where you want to go, and put a plan to “paper”. We map it out and then pursue that plan relentlessly.
We will schedule regular meetings in weeks 1, 2, and 4 of each month. We will work through the three pillars, Vision, Strategy, and Execution putting the building blocks in place for your business to run better, grow, and be able to scale. We do this while freeing up more of your time, and increasing your revenue and profit.
This process can last from 4-18 months depending on your needs, goals, ambition, and where you are starting. If we both work hard at this, we expect you to “graduate” at some point and have the tools in place to continue to move toward your 3 and 5 year goals on to your BHAG.
Whether you are already a RESULTS client using the full platform and processes, or are considering implementing RESULTS in your organization, we can work together to make implementation and adoption as smooth and as seamless as possible.
Change is never easy. Implementation is often harder. But there are ways to ensure buy-in and adoption throughout your organization, and not just of the technology.
